David Raul "Rowdy" Pennisi, a 41-year-old commercial fisherman from Monterey, California, has been missing since June 21, 2004, after the fishing vessel he was on, the *Relentless*, was lost at sea off the coast of San Francisco. Pennisi, an experienced fisherman, was accompanied by his 24-year-old crew member, Michael Odom. A dedicated family man, Pennisi was married with two sons and a step-daughter. He was well-known and loved within his community.
