An 83-year-old man, William Secuya Sam Jr., was reported missing from Monterey Park, California, on Friday, May 11, 2018. He was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Atlantic Boulevard. Sam, who is of Filipino descent, has dementia, which made his case particularly concerning for law enforcement and his family.
