On January 22, 1999, four-year-old Jose Moises Velasquez was last seen at his home in Calexico, California. He disappeared along with his father, Benito Velasquez, and neither has been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Jose was described as a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was approximately 3'0" tall and weighed 45 pounds. When last seen, Jose was wearing a red shirt and red pants.
