Dena Angelique Candelario, a 36-year-old mother of two, was last seen on August 16, 2004, in Pueblo, Colorado. Her husband, Ralph Candelario, reported her missing on September 6, 2004, stating he believed she had left him, possibly to meet someone she had connected with online. A goodbye note was reportedly found on a table in their home. At the time of her disappearance, Dena was 5'6" tall, weighed 130 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes.
