William Mark Adair, a 29-year-old alarm technician from Bonita Springs, Florida, was last seen on August 31, 2008. On that day, he had gone boating off the coast of Key West. At approximately 2:30 p.m., Adair sent a text message to a family friend indicating that he was returning to shore. However, he never arrived.
