Arnold Joseph Epel Jr., a 25-year-old man, was last seen in Miami, Florida, on or around January 19, 1989. His last known location was in the 7400 block of Southwest 39th Street. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are troubling, as he left a note for his family indicating his intention to take his own life. In the note, he provided instructions for the handling of his property and personal belongings.
Following his disappearance, Epel has not been seen or heard from again.
