Carl Mark Kizer II, a 24-year-old man, vanished from his home in Jacksonville, Florida, on January 4, 2020, under circumstances that authorities have described as "unusual." Kizer was last seen at his residence on Jasper Avenue in the Woodland Acres neighborhood.
