Andrew Fine, a 47-year-old man, has been missing since March 18, 2016, from Honolulu, Hawaii. He was last seen on Lahoku Street in the Waianae area of Honolulu. At the time of his disappearance, Fine was driving his blue, four-door 2000 Dodge Stratus with Hawaii license plate number NZA 916. He has not been seen or heard from since.
