Jonathan Fraser, 21, was last seen on July 30, 2016, at his apartment in the 6200 block of Keokea Place in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was reported missing the following day. On August 8, 2016, his gray 1994 Honda hatchback was found abandoned less than a mile from his home at the intersection of Summer Street and Kuliouou Road. Fraser was never heard from again, and his body has not been found, though foul play was suspected early in the investigation.
