On June 28, 1995, 33-year-old Timothy G. Pantaleoni vanished while on a three-month visit to Oahu, Hawaii. Originally from Oneonta, New York, Pantaleoni was staying at a bed and breakfast in Kailua. He was last seen at approximately 9:00 a.m. riding his rusty, maroon 10-speed bicycle on the Maunawili Trails. An avid outdoorsman, he was in excellent physical condition. He was reportedly wearing green fatigue shorts, black sneakers, and possibly an earth-toned t-shirt.
