Joseph Patrick Breen, a 23-year-old man, has been missing since November 12, 1979. While his place of residence was listed as Chicago, Illinois, he was last seen in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. On the evening of his disappearance, Breen went out and never returned home. He has not been seen or heard from since that night.
