Birehane Eshete Abate, a 36-year-old woman, was last seen in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 23, 2019. She had been working as a nanny for an American family overseas for nearly two years. On June 14, 2019, she traveled with the family to the United States, where she was scheduled to care for their children for a five-week period.
