Anna Marie Arguello was two years old when she disappeared from Frankfort, Indiana, during the winter of 1969-1970. At the time, she lived with her mother, Anita Maria Vega, her stepfather, Luis Vega Sr., and her six siblings. The case remained cold for over two decades until the autumn of 1992, when Anna Marie's older sister, Margarita, then 33 years old, reported her missing to the police.
