Stephen Lawrence Spalding, 39, was last seen on April 21, 1999, at the River Chase Apartments in Clarksville, Indiana. He disappeared after leaving the apartment complex in his white 1988 Chevrolet Beretta with a Kentucky license plate numbered 449-BNX. Spalding, a skilled mechanic, has not been seen or heard from since that day. His family officially reported him missing on May 10, 1999.
