Cari Lea Farver, a 37-year-old mother, was last seen in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on November 13, 2012, and has not been heard from since. Her mother reported her missing on November 16, just days before she was supposed to attend her half-brother's wedding, where her son was a participant.
