On October 5, 1992, 43-year-old Zeta D. Gordon was last seen leaving her family's home in Atchison County, Kansas, around 2:00 a.m. Her departure followed an argument with her husband, Wayne Gordon. She reportedly intended to take a drive to cool off and was never heard from again. Gordon left behind three children, whose ages ranged from nine to twenty-three.
