Debrah Ann Lucas, a 48-year-old mother of four, was last seen in Louisville, Kentucky, shortly before 1:00 a.m. on September 26, 2010. Her disappearance, which was described as uncharacteristic, occurred near 4th Street and the 300 block of M Street. Lucas was seen getting into a large, dark-colored 1990 Chevrolet Caprice.
