Matthew Jonathan Curtis, a 26-year-old white male, has been missing since June 1, 2005. He was last seen in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and stated he was en route to visit a relative residing in the 200 block of Teal Street. However, Curtis never reached his destination and has not been seen or heard from since.
