Kimberly Nichelle Dixon, a 31-year-old Black female, has been missing since June 17, 1999. She was last seen at her home in the 800 block of Glade Court in Baltimore, Maryland. Dixon has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance.
At the time she went missing, Dixon was described as being 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. A notable distinguishing characteristic is a one-and-a-half-inch scar on her left arm.
