Risha Aleena Lewis, a 26-year-old mother of two, vanished in the early morning hours of January 21, 2006, after visiting a friend in Elkton, Maryland. Lewis, a resident of New Castle, Delaware, had driven to her friend's house on West Pulaski Highway. At approximately 1:30 a.m., she called home and informed her family that she was on her way back.
