Herbert Lee Williams, a 40-year-old man, has been missing since November 15, 2009, from Towson, Maryland. He was last seen at his residence in the 1700 block of Aberdeen Road. The last known contact with him was a conversation with his girlfriend at 6:45 a.m. on the day of his disappearance. Williams has not been seen or heard from since that time.
