Tisha Renee Morgan, a 42-year-old Black female, went missing from Detroit, Michigan, on June 22, 2013. She was last seen by a family member in the 1600 block of Oakman Boulevard. At the time of her disappearance, Morgan was described as being 5'2" to 5'4" tall and weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, she was reportedly wearing a red or pink shirt, blue jeans, a headscarf, and possibly sandals or flip-flops.
