On July 3, 2020, 38-year-old Jami Lyle Lucas was last seen in Outing, Minnesota. He was riding his motorcycle while his girlfriend and their children were in a separate vehicle. A police officer who was aware that Lucas's driver's license had been revoked attempted to pull him over.
