Quincey Jeanne Hill, 23, and her boyfriend, Kenneth "Stephen" Webb, vanished from Ozark, Missouri, on May 1, 2019. They were last seen at approximately 7:30 a.m. in the area of the Hilltop Vista mobile home park on Longview Road. At the time of their disappearance, both were carrying dark blue backpacks that contained food and survival equipment. Hill and Webb did not own a vehicle and typically traveled on foot. They were known to frequent campgrounds in Stone and Christian counties.
