Shannon Doyle-Smith, a 49-year-old man, was last known to be in the area of Missoula, Montana in September 2019. At the time of his disappearance, he was attempting to travel back to his home in Placerville, California. He has not been seen or heard from since. The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office in California is handling the investigation into his disappearance. While most accounts state he went missing in September 2019, some agencies report the date of his disappearance as December 15, 2019
