Freda Jane Knows His Gun, a 34-year-old mother of three from the Crow Agency in Montana, has been missing since October 18, 2016. The last known communication from her was a phone call to a friend in Billings, Montana, from a Walmart in Kennewick, Washington. During the call, she requested an online money transfer to cover the 740-mile journey back home, expressing her wish to take her children trick-or-treating for Halloween.
