Joseph Hellman, a 37-year-old resident of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was last seen in Omaha, Nebraska on January 29, 2019, and has not been heard from since. He was not reported as a missing person until February 21, 2019, when the Council Bluffs Police Department took the report and referred it to the Omaha Police Department.
