Robert Kenkel, a 54-year-old man from Douglas County, Nebraska, was last seen on January 24, 1994. He was observed sitting on a dock at N.P. Dodge Park between 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. Two groundskeepers reported seeing him alone on a Missouri River dock within the park. Kenkel has not been seen or heard from since that morning. His case is classified as an endangered missing person, and it remains unsolved.
