Thomas Jay Kerr, a 37-year-old man, vanished in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 26, 1997, leaving behind a perplexing case that remains unsolved. On the evening of September 25, 1997, Kerr was at Mugshots Lounge on South Sandhill Road. He settled his bar tab with the intention of getting dinner elsewhere.
