On May 23, 2004, 46-year-old Vincent Paul Petrilena disappeared in Lake Mead. He was last seen in the vicinity of Grebe Bay, located on the Arizona side of the Virgin Basin. Petrilena was on a houseboat and went down a slide into the water to swim.
