Hue Phuong, an 18-year-old foreign exchange student from Vietnam, vanished from The Bronx, New York on January 14, 2019. At the time of her disappearance, she was studying at Manhattan College and living in a dormitory on campus. The last known sighting of Phuong was by her roommate at 1:00 p.m. inside their dorm room. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Phuong is described as an Asian female with black hair and black eyes, standing at 5'7" and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
