Richard Borelli, 49, was last seen on April 9, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. He was a resident of Neilson's Rest Home in the area. On the day of his disappearance, Borelli had spent time with his mother and became distressed upon having to go back to the rest home. He has not been seen or heard from since that evening.
