Robby Ann Hughes Floyd, 32, was last seen in December 1996 at her home on Winter Park Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina. A neighbor saw her loading boxes into her blue van and reported that Robby appeared to be in a hurry. Robby stated that she was traveling to Alabama to visit her sick father.
