On December 5, 2002, 38-year-old Dorothy Mae Hendricks was last seen in Wilson, North Carolina. That day, she left her apartment at the former Woodard's Motel and received a ride to the Trade Mart No. 11, a convenience store located at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Ward Boulevard.
