Mark Andrew Wilborne, a 37-year-old from Virginia, has been missing since November 29, 2003, after a boating accident off the coast of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Wilborne and another man, Donald Sheets, also 37 and from Virginia, were in a 21-foot boat near Cape Lookout when it capsized around 11:30 a.m. The incident prompted a search by the U.S. Coast Guard that lasted for approximately seven hours on the day of the disappearance.
