He left his residence on Gray Street at 8:20 p.m. and was captured on a nearby video camera entering his house, grabbing a hooded sweatshirt, and leaving again without his wallet or phone. He was wearing a black shirt with an American flag, a black hoodie, and jeans.
Surveillance cameras tracked Heagen's movements after he left his home. He was seen walking past Little Tijuana in the 1300 block of Ridge Street
