Lonnie Mccargo, a 68-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, was last seen on November 19, 2023, and has been missing since. He was last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. in the 1100 block of East 74th Street. His family reported him missing two days later, on November 21, 2023, at about 2:00 a.m. There is concern for his well-being as he may be suffering from dementia.
