Buffy Sue Mayo, a 25-year-old woman, vanished from Tulsa, Oklahoma, during the early morning hours of July 12, 1994. She was last seen by her husband between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. when she left their home in the 800 block of south Utica Avenue to purchase cigarettes. Mayo never returned, and she has not been heard from since. Her husband reported her missing later that same day.
