Faith Marie Van Nortrick, a 41-year-old woman, was last seen on August 7, 2004, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Her disappearance occurred after a series of distressing events stemming from her struggles with schizophrenia. A few days prior to her being last seen, Van Nortrick had walked away from her home in Hitchcock, Texas.
