Melvin Dennis Washington, a 34-year-old man, has been missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since March 6, 1989. On that morning, between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., Washington spoke with his sister on the telephone. He told her that he was on his way to visit his daughters at his mother's home in the West Philadelphia neighborhood. Washington never arrived at his mother's residence and has not been seen or heard from since.
