On July 6, 2000, 20-year-old Billie Jo Hughes was last seen in Williamston, South Carolina, a case that continues to be shrouded in mystery. Hughes, who resided on Thornwood Drive with her mother, had visited friends in Williamston before catching a ride from the Williamston Curb Market.
