El Shawndrae Devon Jones, a 22-year-old visiting from Atlanta, Georgia, was last seen on February 18, 1999, on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He was in the company of his friend, 18-year-old Toby Bing, at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Wild Horse Road. The two were using Bing's white 1994 Toyota pickup truck.
