Sidney S. Riggs, a 22-year-old senior accounting major at Lander University, was last seen in Greenwood, South Carolina on March 4, 2000. At the time of his disappearance, Riggs was on the verge of graduation. His disappearance occurred just before the start of spring break, and he was reported missing by his mother about a week later.
