Ellen Townsend, a 56-year-old woman, was last seen in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 30, 1998. She reportedly walked away from her residence and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Townsend did not have access to a vehicle. All of her personal belongings, including her bank and medical cards, were left behind at her home.
