Larry Donnell Davis, a 21-year-old Black male, was last seen in Houston, Texas on October 15, 1998. On that day, he went fishing with two other males near the New Highway 90 Bridge on the San Jacinto River. He never returned from this fishing trip and has not been heard from since.
