Juan Rafael Neciosup, a 34-year-old used car salesman, was last seen on November 18, 2001, in Houston, Texas. A friend dropped him off at a Kroger supermarket in the 200 block of West Greens Road at approximately 9:45 p.m. He has not been seen or heard from since that evening. Worryingly, three weeks passed before he was officially reported as a missing person.
