Lawrence Frances Quinn, a 49-year-old man from Shepherd, Texas, was last seen on September 19, 2017. He resided with his mother on Stag Road and reportedly left the home through a window, leaving behind all of his personal belongings, including his phone. He has not been seen or heard from since.
