Louie Dwaine Teakell, a 30-year-old man, was last seen in Irving, Texas, on November 1, 2003. On that day, a friend dropped him off at a convenience store to buy cigarettes, and he has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Teakell was occasionally homeless and would sometimes stay in shelters. Due to his transient lifestyle and tendency to disappear for weeks at a time, his family did not immediately report him as missing.
