Becky Jane Williams, a 31-year-old mother of two, was last seen on October 1, 2006, in Midland, Texas. Her boyfriend, Russell Fotter, told authorities he last saw her walking eastbound on Wall Street, between A Street and Garfield, supposedly on her way to church. Williams has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time of her disappearance, she had been living in various hotels in the Midland area.
Described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, Williams is 5'4"
