He was with family members at Southampton Memorial Hospital between 1:13 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. before he walked out of the facility. Stephens has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance. At the time he went missing, he was described as a Black male, 6'0" tall, and weighing around 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
